If you are more into flows and a dynamic type of yoga, Vinyasa is the style for you! The style is a flowing sequence of poses where each transition between the poses is synchronized with breath (an inhale/exhale). As the style is faster in its pace, it’s a great way to train both cardio and strength. Vinyasa sequences are often varied and creative and composed of Sun Salutations and flows. Even though the style is dynamic, movement and poses are paired with breath. Vinyasa practice can be adjusted to all levels and the more advanced a client is, the faster the pace of the flows will be. Vinyasa Yoga is a great practice if you seek to improve coordination, balance, strength and flexibility.
