This style is a hybrid practice that combines elements from Fitness, Yoga, and Pilates (hence the name). It focuses on merging the strength-building and core-toning principles of Pilates with the energizing, flowing movements of Yoga — but with a higher level of intensity and vigor.

A session is fast-paced, with high intensity and endurance, and minimal rest between poses to build strength, generate heat, and keep your heart rate elevated. However, the practice still emphasizes breathing and flexibility to maintain the mind-body connection.
