- Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of and participation in 1:1 online yoga sessions provided by TheActivePortal ApS.
By booking a session, you agree to these Terms.
- Services
We provide individual, live online yoga sessions via Google Meet.
Sessions must be booked and confirmed through our booking template/contact template/e-mail.
- Booking & Payment
- Payment is required at the time of booking. With the booking confirmation e-mail, an invoice will be attached. The invoice is to be paid before the upcoming session.
- A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received.
- Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer.
- All prices are listed in Euro and exclude VAT.
- Right of Withdrawal (Danish consumer law)
Under Danish law (Forbrugeraftaleloven), online yoga sessions are considered a service, and consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has been fully delivered if the consumer has explicitly accepted the following before the session begins:
- that the service will begin before the withdrawal period expires, and
- that the right of withdrawal will be lost once the service is fully delivered.
à Therefore, at booking, clients must confirm:
“I consent to the session beginning before the 14-day withdrawal period expires and acknowledge that my right of withdrawal is lost once the session has been fully delivered.”
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation more than 12 hours before the scheduled session:
→ Full refund.
Cancellation less than 12 hours before the session or no-show:
→ No refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
- Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule a session up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability.
Requests made later than this will be treated as a late cancellation (no refund).
- Health & Safety
By participating in the session, you confirm that:
- You take part at your own risk.
- You are physically fit to practice yoga.
- You have consulted a doctor if you have injuries, medical conditions, or are pregnant.
