If you’re into flows and a dynamic type of yoga, Vinyasa is the style for you! This style features a flowing sequence of poses where each transition is synchronized with the breath (an inhale or exhale). Because it’s faster-paced, it’s a great way to train both cardio and strength.

Vinyasa sequences are often varied and creative, composed of Sun Salutations and dynamic flows. Even though the style is active, every movement and pose is paired with mindful breathing. The practice can be adjusted to all levels, and as you advance, the pace of the flows can increase.
